This Privacy Policy describes how and when Project Alpha collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from Project Alpha, contact Project Alpha, or otherwise use Project Alpha’s services through projectalphashop.com or its related sites and services.

Information Project Alpha Collect

To fulfill your order, you must provide Project Alpha with certain information (which you authorized projectalphashop.com to provide to Project Alpha), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide Project Alpha with additional personal information (for a custom order of our product, for example), if you contact Project Alpha directly.

Why Project Alpha Need Your Information and How Project Alpha Use It

Project Alpha may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the outside of US and other jurisdictions. If Project Alpha deemed to transfer information about you outside of the US, Project Alpha rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Absent exceptional circumstances (like where Project Alpha required to store data for legal reasons) Project Alpha will generally delete your personal information upon request.

Object. You can object to (i) Project Alpha processing of some of your information based on Project Alpha legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from Project Alpha after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, Project Alpha will delete your personal information unless Project Alpha have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
